Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Zones

We ship PAN India (across all of India). Delivery times vary by location:
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 5-7 business days
- Tier 2 cities: 5-7 business days
- Remote areas: 7-10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Processing time (1-2 business days) is additional.

2. Shipping Charges

- Orders above ₹999: FREE shipping
- Orders below ₹999: ₹99 flat shipping charge

3. Who Bears Shipping Cost

Shipping is free for orders above ₹999 across India. For orders below ₹999, the customer pays ₹99.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday-Friday (9 AM - 6 PM IST). Orders placed on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day. Processing typically takes 1-2 business days.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can track your package in real-time.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost:
- Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage
- We will arrange a replacement or refund
- Insurance coverage is included on all shipments

7. Delivery Address

Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

8. Delivery Exceptions

We cannot ship to:
- P.O. boxes
- Army post office addresses without proper documentation
- Addresses outside India

9. Delays Beyond Our Control

Delays due to natural disasters, strikes, government action, or carrier issues are beyond our control. We will notify you and provide updates.

10. Returns Shipping

For returns, the customer must contact us at tathassstu@gmail.com. We will provide a return shipping label. Return shipping is free if the product is defective or incorrect.

11. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping coming soon.
